ABOUT IMMUNO-MADAGASCAR

• Organizers: International Union of Immunological Societies (IUIS) and Institut Pasteur de Madagascar
• Focus: Advanced immunology course on infectious diseases
• Key Topics: Immune responses to intracellular pathogens, including TB, HIV and malaria
• Duration: One week Course
• Course objectives: Provide high quality, up-to date immunology knowledges

APPLICANT SELECTION

• This 5-day course is open to 30 postgraduate students, postdoctoral fellows, MDs and young researchers engaged in Immunology & infectious diseases related research projects.
• The candidates should have some level of research experience to benefit maximally.
• Selection of students will be based on the quality of CV, research output or academic excellence.
• Selected students will receive partial or full funding to cover accommodation and travel expenses to Madagascar. Students are encouraged to apply for alternative funding as the budget is limited.
• All selected participants must complete an online pre-course on the Immunopaedia website starting mid-August 2025.
